What you can order

Every service, its price and how long it takes is listed on the Services page and under Dashboard → Services:

• Ring Builder setup, standard or premium: we load your components, set your prices, brand the builder and install it on your site.
• Ring Builder change: prices, copy, colours, a new component group or a layout change on a builder you already run.
• Store setup: we install 3D on your Shopify, WooCommerce or other site.
• Photo and video pack: studio stills and a 360° video of each design.
• CAD on request, and photo or sketch to CAD: a production-ready model made by our jewelry CAD team.
• Your photos to 3D on your site: we model pieces from their photos and list them in 3D.

How an order works

1. Pick a service and add what we should know: links to your files, your store, photos, sizes, a deadline.
2. Fixed price: you pay at checkout and the order joins our queue with a due date. Quote: we reply with a price within one business day, and you pay from the same page when you accept it.
3. The order moves through In progress to Delivered. You get an email at each step, and the delivery link appears on the order.

Each service includes the rounds of changes listed next to it. Reply to the delivery email if anything needs changing.

Only the account owner or an admin can place an order, because it is paid by the organization.

On the API

Service orders are on the public API too: GET and POST /api/public/service-orders (scopes services:read and services:write), and the GraphQL serviceOrders query and orderService mutation. A fixed-price order made over the API returns a checkout link for a person to pay.
