You can now order work from our jewelry team inside 3D Jewelry Designer: Ring Builder setup and changes, store setup, CAD on request, photo or sketch to CAD, photo and video packs, and your pieces turned into 3D. Fixed-price services are paid at checkout; quoted work is priced first, and you pay only when you accept the price.

What you can order
The Services page lists every service with its price and how long it takes:
- Ring Builder setup: we load your components, set your prices, brand the builder and install it on your site. A premium version adds your diamond feed, a designed page and a training call.
- Ring Builder change: prices, copy, colours, a new component group or a new layout on a builder you already run.
- Store setup: we install 3D on your Shopify, WooCommerce or other site and test it with your theme.
- Photo and video pack: studio stills and a 360° video of each design.
- CAD on request and photo or sketch to CAD: a production-ready model from our jewelry CAD team.
- Your photos to 3D on your site: we model your existing pieces and list them in 3D.
How an order works
Pick a service under Dashboard, then Services, and tell us what we need to know. A fixed-price service goes to checkout and joins our queue with a due date. A quoted service comes back with a price within one business day, and you pay from the same page only if you accept it. You get an email when an order is received, quoted and delivered.

Who does the work?
Our jewelry CAD and 3D team. Each order shows its status, a due date once it is paid, and the delivery when it is done, with the rounds of changes listed next to the service.
Can I order a service through the API?
Yes. The public API lists and creates service orders, and a fixed-price order returns a checkout link for a person to pay.
