Get started: three ways to load a piece
There are three ways to start: upload a 3D file (.glb, .gltf, .3dm, .obj, .stl, .fbx, .dae, .ply), browse a ready-made starter design, or open the ring builder and assemble a ring from a band and a head. In a hurry, Try the demo ring loads a sample instantly.

Upload
Drag and drop or browse a 3D file (.glb, .gltf, .3dm, .obj, .stl, .fbx, .dae, .ply).
Browse designs
Pick a ready-made starter design and tweak it (shown when a ring catalog has been published). Each tile is the complete ring as it will load, so what you click is what you get. Use the search bar to find a design by its band SKU (e.g. 85278) or name.
Ring Builder
Assemble a ring from a band and head. Every selector (shape, setting, carat, and any custom dimension your admin adds) comes from your published ring catalog; pick across them and the matching head loads, with a Variant picker when several share a combination. Metal and Gem are steps in the same strip, so the whole ring is built in one place, every step shows its current value under its name, and a dot marks a step you have changed.
As you choose, the builder's top row shows the live price and SKU (band + head + metal + gem-by-carat + making charge; tap it to copy the SKU); tap Enquire to save the configuration and send it in. The chevron (or Esc) folds the builder down to that one row so the ring gets the whole stage, and ✕ closes it (Builder in the bottom bar reopens it). On phones that row also holds Try on and a More menu (AI concierge, diamond, Copy SKU, Close ring builder). If none is configured yet the builder shows "No configuration found."
Ask AI
In the ring builder's top row (on phones, its More menu), open the AI concierge and just describe what you want ("a 1.5ct oval on a thin rose-gold band"). It configures the ring live and shows the authoritative price. It only ever picks real options from your catalog and never guesses a number (paid plans; each message uses one credit).
Choose a real diamond
The Diamond button in the ring builder's top row (on phones, its More menu) opens a live feed of certified loose diamonds (filter by shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut and price). Pick one and the ring snaps to its shape and carat and the stone's retail price flows into the live total; remove it any time with the ✕. (Paid plans; needs a diamond feed configured.)
