Your business account

Accounts are for jewelry businesses. Sign up with your business email, by email code or Google, then send your business details: legal name, type of business, country, website or online store, and phone. Our team checks them, usually within one business day, and the dashboard opens once the account is approved. If we need more, we email you and open the form again.

Who it is for

3JD is for businesses in the jewelry trade: retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, designers and CAD studios, brands, and the agencies that work for them. A store's own shoppers use your builder, viewer or try-on through your store and never need an account.

Sign up with your business email

Sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. There is no password. To create an account, use your business email: an address on your company's own domain, which includes Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 on that domain. Personal addresses from free providers, such as gmail.com or outlook.com, are refused with "Please use your business email".

If the email holds a sign-in link rather than a code, open it on the device where you asked for it.

The details we check

After you sign up, the waiting screen asks for your business details:

  • Legal business name
  • Type of business: retailer, manufacturer, wholesaler, designer or CAD studio, brand, or agency
  • Country
  • Website or online store, or a social page for the business when it has no site
  • Business phone, with the country code
  • A tax or registration number and an address, both optional

Only the account's owner or an admin sends them. Our team checks each business, usually within one business day, and emails you when it is done.

What each state means

  • Details needed: nothing has been sent yet.
  • Under review: the details are with our team. The waiting screen checks for you and opens the dashboard as soon as the account is approved.
  • More needed: we asked a question by email. The form opens again with the question above it; update your details and send them again.
  • Approved: the dashboard opens, and you get a "Your account is ready" email.
  • Not approved: the account can't be used. If you think we got it wrong, email info@3djewelrydesigner.com with your business name and website.

Already a customer

Accounts that were open before business accounts are asked once, by a banner in the dashboard, to send the same details from Settings → Business details. Nothing else changes while our team checks them. Accounts opened with a personal email address are closed: their owners are emailed to sign up again with a business email, and their data is kept for 30 days in case it should move to the new account.

On the API

Read your business details and where our review stands with GET /api/public/account/business, or organization { business { state } } in GraphQL, with a key that has the account:read scope. The details themselves are sent from the dashboard.
